    All your technical questions arising from use of our products appear, are best answered by our Helpdesk. The helpdesk call (Call ID) and the resulting actions are recorded in our helpdesk system. This helps your questions quickly and efficiently treated.

    If you register by mail a call we would like the following from you:

    • Short error description
    • If Hardware related>> Serial Number and Product
    • If Software related>> software version and OS version
    • Extended error description possibly with screenshots

    If the data is too large to send via email you can use our ftp server. This will take place in a secure way because we use custom logins. This login can be requested via the helpdesk.
